Shipping + Returns

Shipping & Delivery – Nikki Styles

Order Processing Time

  • Standard orders ship within 1–3 business days from your order date.

  • During peak periods, such as sales and promotions, processing may take up to 14 business days.

 

If we need more information to verify your billing or shipping details, shipping may be delayed until verification is complete.

We strive for 100% accuracy and satisfaction with every order, but shipping delays due to weather, holidays, natural disasters, or courier issues may occur. We recommend allowing 2–3 weeks before hair appointments, travel plans, or special occasions in case a concern needs to be resolved or a return request completed. Nikki Styles is not responsible for hair appointment costs, fees, cancellations, or other issues related to shipping errors or return requests.

Shipping Information

Delivery Times: All delivery times are estimates and do not include the 5 business day processing period. Once your order is with the shipping carrier, Nikki Styles is not responsible for delays due to weather, holidays, natural disasters, or courier issues. This applies to both standard and express shipping. Worry-Free Package Protection is recommended to protect your package from shipping errors.


Signature: All packages require a signature for delivery. If you’re not available to sign, contact the shipping company directly to reschedule or arrange a pickup.


If your package can’t be delivered due to the signature requirement, USPS will hold your package for up to 15 days and FedEx for up to 5 days. Use your tracking link to reschedule or arrange pickup. Abandoned or refused packages will not be refunded.

 

No overnight or international shipping options are currently available.

Undeliverable / Lost / Return to Sender Packages

If a package is returned to sender for any reason, the customer is responsible for all new shipping charges unless Nikki Styles made an error.

If your package cannot be delivered and is returned to Nikki Styles, tracking will typically display “Returned to Sender.” Common causes include:

  • The shipping address does not exist

  • Misspelled shipping address provided by the customer

  • Missing address details (e.g., apartment, building, or suite number)

  • Carrier unable to safely deliver after at least one attempt

  • Addressee has moved or refused the package

All Returned to Sender packages will be restocked, and store credit will be issued minus the initial shipping charge and a flat restocking fee of $35.
Payment & Order Release
Orders will ship once your payment is confirmed and cleared.If you have concerns about your package status, DM me on Instagram within 7 days of your ship date.

Address

Nikki Styles is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout. The customer is responsible for ensuring all shipping info is correct when ordering. Once shipped, addresses cannot be updated. Any shipping charges from an incorrect address will be paid by the customer.
