Nikki Styles

At Nikki Styles, we’re committed to your satisfaction and take pride in delivering premium hair and styling services. To ensure the best experience, please carefully inspect your order upon receipt—before installation, coloring, or heat styling.

Please note:

Once hair extensions have been installed, colored, or otherwise altered, we are unable to address concerns. While we do not offer refunds, we’re happy to resolve any issues with unused and uninstalled products. If you have concerns, DM me on Instagram within 7 days of delivery.

Return Policy

  • Returns for store credit are available within 14 days of delivery for wefted hair, clip-ins, tape-ins, ponytails, and closures in their original condition.

  • All wigs are final sale.

  • No cash or credit card refunds are issued.

  • To be eligible for store credit, hair must be in original condition—untied, unwashed, uninstalled, unprocessed, and not excessively brushed or tampered with.

  • Orders placed during a sale or with a promo code are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation.

Return Process

  1. Submit your return request by DM on Instagram within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include photos of the product before approval.

  3. Once approved, you’ll receive mailing instructions within 1–2 business days.

  4. Store credit will be issued for the amount paid (minus discounts, promotions, and shipping) once the returned package is received.

  5. Store credit expires after 3 years and can be combined with other discounts and promotions.

  6. Use a trackable and insured shipping method for returns; Nikki Styles is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

  7. All approved returns must be shipped within 15 days of approval.
    Products sent back without approval are not eligible for return. Orders returned to sender or refused upon delivery will not be refunded or reshipped; store credit will be issued minus shipping costs.
     

Shipping

Domestic Orders:
 All hair extension orders require a signature for delivery. Nikki Styles is not responsible for shipping delays due to weather, holidays, natural disasters, or courier issues, nor for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please allow extra time before hair appointments or special occasions.


International Orders are not accepted

Payment

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Orders are charged at checkout. If your billing and shipping addresses differ, or if flagged by our payment processor, you may be asked to verify your identity.

Chargebacks filed in an attempt to obtain a refund or due to fraud may prohibit future purchases. Chargebacks are not a valid form of resolution.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. All personal information collected is kept strictly confidential and used only to fulfill your order and improve your shopping experience. If needed, we may request additional documentation to complete your order.

Limitation of Liability

Nikki Styles is not liable for any damages beyond the amount paid for your purchase. We are not responsible for consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages, or for claims by third parties.

All content on this site—including text, graphics, logos, images, and code—is the property of Nikki Styles. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
